I am an incredibly dedicated and passionate instructor of all things "storytelling," and I am as alive in the classroom as I am on the stage. My goal as an educator is to empower confidence and trust in the undeniable impact of your authentic self -- your greatest gift and biggest superpower.
When working with me, students can count on digestible and actionable feedback served with lots of laughter; we are playing make-believe in sequins, after all. I focus a lot on building up students' confidence, and help guide students to best execute clear, interesting and authentic storytelling. Whether you're ready to perform professionally or just want to gain some skills, confidence, and fun...you've come to the right place!

Performing is incredibly vulnerable, so my first priority as a teacher is to help students feel that they're in a comfortable, trustworthy space to explore, to discover, to fail. Laughter is my favorite way in!
My next priority is championing students' strengths. Without confidence in what we do well, it can be hard to hear other types of feedback -- or to know what is working!
Then we get to work. I pride myself on making complex, often confusing, concepts of acting and storytelling digestible & simple for students -- and give clear, actionable steps to transfer that cerebral work into their performances. I also layer in developed strategies on handling nerves & audition anxieties, helping students get out of their own way -- so their beautiful authenticity can shine through unencumbered.
After years of professional experience in the fields of singing, acting, dancing and comedy, I have the know-how and tools to help adjust any performance to make it more clear, more interesting, more polished, and more truthful.
